We were lucky to have our first few sessions with Delphine in the office which was great as we got to practice together as a team.

I learned a lot about the way I breathe with plenty of 'Aha' moments. Who knew there were so many different ways of deep breathing!

Even when we had our remote workshop, I still learned a new thing I can do at home to give me that afternoon boost (and no, it's not caffeine).
