Rick is the ART Regional Coordinator for Asia and Australia, and has been a teacher and facilitator for over 25 years. 

 

Rick specialises authentic leaderships, executive presence and frames leadership and power holistically, as a combination of deep listening , authenticity and service. 

 

A former school teacher, Rick founded the company Conscious Teaching. To date, he has taught over 100,000 educators in 15 countries on 5 continents. His bestselling book Conscious Classroom Management has sold over 300,000 copies worldwide, and continues to touch the lives of teachers and students. 

 

Rick holds a Bachelor of Arts from Brown University and a Masters in Education from Dominican University in San Rafael, California. Rick is American and currently lives in Bali. He enjoys hiking, dancing, dogs and ultimate Frisbee.
