Dayna Seraye

Course Leader

Dayna Seraye is a teacher and facilitator of personal transformation, guiding individuals and teams to greater awareness, resilience and connection.  She specialises in authentic relating, authentic leadership and embodiment practices.


She has been a student and teacher of yoga and integrative healing for over 20 years. Dayna led retreats, trainings and immersions around the world and regularly teaches yoga and meditation at  She co-founded the Hanuman Academy where she brings leaders in the consciousness movement to inspire self-development and create a better world for all. 


Dayna graduated from Naropa University and is an RYT® 500 Yoga Teacher. She is a Certified Somasource® Practitioner and Health Coach, has completed trainings in the Hakomi Method of Somatic Psychotherapy, the Lifeline Technique®, Integrative Nutrition, and has clocked thousands of hours in authentic relating training and embodied movement practices. 


Dayna developed a personal relationship with the healing power of human connection when caring for her son after he was diagnosed with acute myeloid leukemia.
