Pauline is a consultant, designer and facilitator with over 10 years of experience in the technology field and a primary focus on platform and service design for the public sector. She’s also a licensed conflict mediator and coach in private practice.
In her prior position as Director Content Design with IBM iX, Pauline supported her clients in building successful teams and making them fit to face the complexities of digital transformation.
A background in the music industry and a career in the corporate world had her work with a variety of people, ranging from independent rock band to internationally acclaimed violin player, from brand executive to federal minister. This diverse background led to Pauline being highly adaptable to her surroundings, always engaging with great empathy, curiosity and open-mindedness.
Pauline is fascinated with interpersonal dynamics and the question of what makes a good team. Her superpower is helping transform conflict into greater connection. At ARTLI she is committed to developing experiences and trainings for teams and individuals that will lead to greater empathy and a culture of openness and honesty in the workplace. Because as Brené Brown says: “What we know matters. But who we are matters more.”
Pauline’s sanctuary is her kitchen, where she bakes sourdough bread while pondering the state of the world. She lives in Berlin with her teenage daughter and spends a third of her time in the countryside where she tends a vegetable garden.
