ARTLI facilitated a 30 minute Authentic Relating workshop in January 2021 for our Europe Legal team during which we practiced mindful listening in small groups.

The feedback that we received was that it had been a short but very impactful experience, with some deep connections that were made with the respective partners in the context of the breakout room games.
​
Although the use of breakout rooms didn’t sound appealing at first, Delphine and ARTLI helped us realise that these helped build a safe space to express ourselves authentically and ultimately contribute to making Diageo an even more inclusive workspace.
​
I personally enjoyed it so much that I intend to organise more - and longer - workshops for our other Regions’ Legal teams.
